Scaling Operational Chargeback Management

As Kin Euphorics’ wholesale business grew, so did the complexity of their chargeback reconciliation process. Melanie Rose, Kin’s Senior Operations Manager, knew that recovering large chunks of cash — to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars — is critical for any small company. And to keep Kin’s competitive edge during a key growth phase, she couldn’t let avoidable losses chip away at their cash flow.

But Melanie’s lean team couldn’t always spare the resources to dispute chargebacks.
